Wow... I just got finished reading Ken's lattest blog entry... He went into the hospital early in december because he had 13 Grand Mal Seizures as a result of his CFIDS/REDD/ME

Pretty intense... I feel honored  and privileged that I was able to be in Two Q & A sessions and have lunch with him this summer at the Integral Psychotherapy course in Denver... Which I could of sworn I blogged about asking him about Rabbi Marc Gaffini... But I don't see the entry...

Anyway In Ken's blog entry other than of course the obvious concern for a freind. I think as always he illuminates a couple great points. One is on meditative states and his "big mind" experiences which he could report on even though he was unconscious...

 And using meditation to deal with extreme physical problems.. Which I did this summer as well in regards to My Bicycle accident & this:

I was reflecting on how 2006 seemed to bring severe life threatening events to myself and several people I'm connected with including Ken, Arhata Osho, an my friend Daniel Baker...

I don't know what the Kosmos was up to last year... but I hope this year is a little more "mellow"
